Tom Mackenzie

Vice President, HVAC/R

As Vice President, HVAC/R, Tom is responsible for shaping and executing business strategies that drive market share growth and category profitability. He plays a key role in translating objectives into effective go-to-market programs, helping the organization deliver sustainable growth and measurable results across the HVAC/R portfolio.

Tom joined Wolseley Canada in 1998, serving customers at the counter in Wolseley branches. He advanced throughout the organization, into leadership roles spanning warehousing operations, sales, strategic account management, and area management gaining an in depth understanding of Wolseley’s product offering and how to best meet the needs of our customers.

Tom is a passionate, collaborative, and customer-focused wholesale distribution professional with nearly three decades of experience in the HVAC/R and Plumbing Industry.

Tom holds a diploma in broadcasting from the Atlantic Broadcasting and Media Institute in Halifax, Nova Scotia and currently serves on the National Board of Directors for CIPH.
