Wolseley Canada is seeking an experienced Bilingual Credit Administrator to start immediately. Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, this role will serve as the single point of contact within Wolseley Canada for issues/questions/concerns etc. relating to electronic invoice and statement distribution. The incumbent will act as liaison with external service provider (Kubra) to raise and see to resolution issues identified by customers (internal and external) and increase adoption of electronic invoice and statement distribution. This incumbent will also be the central point of contact for credit applications within Wolseley Canada and for updates to customer master data information as required by various stakeholders.




  • Develop and execute on plan to increase usage of electronic invoice and statement distribution (includes working with Credit managers, Sales, Marketing and Sourcing)
  • Set up customers on AS400, Kubra (and Wolseley Express as required) to enable ability for customer to receive electronic invoices and statements
  • Act as point person within Wolseley Canada to raise issues with Kubra solution including creating and following up on tickets raised, communicating with customers, escalating issues are required etc.
  • Provide ongoing reporting on adoption rates, usage, exit rates, projected benefits etc.
  • Provide backup support to credit team members as required (dependent on training)
  • Process credit application documentation to submit to Regional Credit Managers for final approval, then enter master data information into appropriate systems.  In addition, tracking of status of applications will be required.  Confirmation letters/communication to customers and sales will be required once final decisions have been made
  • Provide centralized point of contact for updates to customer master data information as required by various stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French - written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications (AS400, Wolseley Express, Excel etc.)
  • Customer service oriented - ability to liaise with customers (internal and external) over the phone and/or email to identify issues and see them through to resolution
  • Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Experience in a credit team or customer automation environment is an asset
