DIVISION:                   Wolseley Engineered Pipe Group

POSITION:                  Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

LOCATION:                Edmonton, Alberta  

REPORTS TO:           Branch Manager

 

DUTIES:

Ø       Answer telephone and direct calls

Ø       Open, sort and deliver incoming mail and courier correspondence

Ø       Responsible for arranging couriers and any other outgoing mail

Ø       Provide clerical assistance including document typing, filing, revising forms, and follow-ups

Ø       Order office and kitchen supplies, including maintenance of office equipment

Ø       Prepare expense reports

Ø       Compile binders, booklets and manuals as needed

Ø       Run monthly A/R statements, review and mail to customers

Ø       Providing support for special projects as assigned

Ø       Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of events

Ø       Make Travel arrangements

Ø       Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Ø       Other administrative duties as required

Ø       Applicant should have personal mode of transportation

 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Ø       2-5 Years experience in a Administrative role

Ø       Administrative Diploma/Certificate

Ø       Intermediate level (or higher) in Microsoft programs Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 

EQUIPMENT USED:

Ø       Usual office and computer equipment

Ø       Occasional use of digital camera, LCD projector, scanner, laminator, etc
