Reporting to the Credit Manager and working out of our Burlington Location, the responsibilities will include:

• Act as liaison with external service provider (Such as: Kubra & Canada Post).
• Act as the main contact for “Wolseley Express” (our electronic portal)
• Act as a centralized point of contact for all Accounts Receivable reporting inquiries.
• Ability to assist with Accounts Receivable activities when needed (Credit, Collection & Cash Application).
• Increase adoption of electronic invoice and statement distribution.
• Act as a centralized point of contact for updates to customer master data information as required by various stakeholders.
• Maintain: Intranet site, Credit Policy Documentation.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Accounts receivable experience is an asset.
• Post Secondary education.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French - written and verbal
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized in prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office applications, specifically Excel) and ability to learn new applications (AS400, Wolseley Express, etc.)
• Customer service oriented - ability to liaise with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
