Wolseley Mechanical Group, AB has an exciting opportunity available at the Calgary Main Branch:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the responsibilities will include:

• Servicing customers, offering product knowledge and direct sales service ensuring the customers’ needs are received and followed through to completion
• Ensuring all items purchased are properly entered, allocated and method of payment is efficiently processed.
• Coordinating the processing of outgoing product, preparing and loading material in a timely manner so as to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
• Receiving requests and responding to inquiries from customers
• Processing daily branch paperwork
• Any other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing product knowledge/experience
• Previous experience in a computerized environment.  Previous experience with AS400 system would be an asset
• Well versed in basic phone etiquette
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
• Good interpersonal and communications skills Good organizational skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
