Reporting to the Branch Manager, in the position of Inside - Counter Sales you will:

• Communicate effectively with the customer, outside sales and the operations teams to ensure the client’s objectives are met.
• Receive requests and respond to inquiries from customers
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Actively manage and follow up on leads, opportunities and quotations.
• Deliver accurate order entry and pick orders as required.

Qualifications:

You should have:

• A background in sales, preferably in a contractor sales environment.
• The initiative, desire and drive to learn and succeed.
• Great customer service skills, developed through direct contact with customers.
• Strong communications skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration products and industry.
• Knowledge of hydronic heating would be an asset
