KLC088

KLC088 lo-boy 95.8% AFUE condensing oil furnace using S636 piping. The unit is 36_7/8" high x 21_1/2" wide x 50_1/4" long.

Energy Star on both firing rates 74,000 - 87,000 BTU. Comes standard with an ultra quiet 1/2 hp ECM motor with low speed option; air filter, oil filter & neutralizer for clean efficient operation. Can save up to 40% off your oil consumption and also reduce green house gases by up to 3,000 lbs a year. Unit is ready to handle up to a 3 ton air conditioner. Quick non-refractory heat exchanger has blower on in 45 seconds of burner coming on to get additional fuel savings.

New contour front look with a textured finish. Unit has a limited lifetime warranty on heat exchanger and a 5 year warranty on parts and burners.

Optional venting with 636 piping; 2 pipes out through the wall or use the existing chimney with one 636 pipe.

KHM090 - KHM140

KHM090 and KHM140 multiposition hi-boy. The 090 measures 46_1/4" high x 21_1/2" wide x 26" long at 67,000 - 91,000 BTU. The 140 is 49_7/8" high x 21_1/2" wide x 30" long at 109,000 - 139,000 BTU.

Both units are energy star on all firing rates with both the Beckett AFG and Riello burners. Units are up to 88% AFUE. Chamberless for easy service and fast heating response.

New contour front look with a textured finish. Three pass stainless steel heat exchange with removable baffles and easy to clean ports. Electronic board with stat, humidifier and electric air cleaner connections; units are air conditioning ready.

Comes with direct drive PSC motor or optional ECM motor for more energy savings. Comes with 2" air filter and rack. Chimney or direct vent application. Limited lifetime heat exchanger warranty. Five year warranty on parts and burners.

KLR090 - KLR140

KLR090 lo-boy unit is 33" high x 21_1/2" wide x 49_1/8" long; 67,00 - 91,000 BTU. KLR140 lo-boy model is 33" high x 21_1/2" wide x 55_1/8" long; 109,000 - 139,000 BTU.

BBC BOILER

BBC Boiler units are 29" high x 16_3/4" wide and depending on the model can be 18_7/8" to 39_1/4" long depending on the number of sections. BTU output from 74,00 - 193,000 with all firing rates Energy Star rated up to 88% AFUE with both Beckett and Riello.

Comes with an electronic aquastat controller (L7248) provides electronic temperature and sensing probe. Aquastat controls circulator, burner and temperature with the ability to add an outdoor stat and domestic hot water tank. Built in diagnostics to help troubleshoot.

Triple pass design cast iron heat exchanger with easy removable baffles. Reversible full swing door; left or right. Comes with bolt on manifolds - supply and return along with legs to level the units. Chimney or direct vent application. Limited lifetime warranty and 5 years on parts and burners.

IB32OA & IB50OA - Hot Water Tanks

Two sizes to choose from: - 32 gallon and 50 gallon. IB32 is 51” high and IB50 is 59” high; both are center flue and approved for L-vent.

Units are available with either a Beckett or Riello burner. Both units can be and are approved for combo systems (heating systems). Units are octagon shaped for today’s fashion and also strengthen the unit from damage. Low surface temperature, high volume water recovery, low stack temperature and extremely easy to install and service are just some of the benefits.

MBP1A with Riello Burner

MBP1A with Riello burner is the only unit up to 85.5% AFUE making it energy star. The unit is available with a Beckett burner also that is not energy star rated. Unit is 34 ¼” high x 23” wide x 42 ½” long. Come with filter that is easy to remove because of a separate door. Ultra quiet 1/3 hp 4 speed direct drive with low speed switch. Unit has 4 firing rates from: - output 76,000 to 115,000BTU. All Brock units have a limited lifetime warranty on heat exchanger and a 5 year warranty on parts and burners. Units are all air conditioned ready.

 Other Brock models available:

• CCCA – 4 firing rates – output 59,000 to 98,000 BTU. 30” high x 22 ½” wide x 42 ½” long
• MBP2A – 2 firing rates – output 128,000 to 145,000 BTU with ¾ hp motor. Same size as a MBP1A
• MBPFA – front flue with 4 firing rates – output 76,000 to 115,000 BTU. Same size as a MBP1A.

OLR098 OR OLV098

Unit is 34” high x 21” wide x 47” long. Comes with filter rack and can be either chimney or direct vented. Ultra quiet 1/3 hp 4 speed direct drive with low speed switch. OLV098 has an optional ½ hp variable speed ECM motor with easy setup and comfort. With variable speed you will save on your electric bills year after year. Both units are air conditioned ready.

Units have 2 firing rates from: - output 66,000 to 82,000 BTU. Units have a stainless steel combustion chamber with a limited lifetime warranty along with 5 years on parts and burners.

OMF098 OR OMV098

Comes with filter rack and can be either chimney or direct vented. Ultra quiet 1/3 hp 4 speed direct drive with low speed switch. OMV098 has an optional ½ hp variable speed ECM motor for easy setup and comfort. With variable speed you will save on your electric bills year after year. Both units are air conditioned ready.

Units have 3 firing rates from: - output 59,200 to 80,800 BTU. Units have a stainless steel combustion chamber with a limited lifetime warranty along with 5 years on parts and burners. It is a true 4 way multi-poise hi-boy design.

NOMV156

Unit has 3 firing rates from: - output 97,000 to 126,000 BTU. This is a true 4 way multi-poise hi-boy design. Unit has a stainless steel combustion chamber with a limited lifetime warranty along with 5 years on parts and burner.

* A lower model is available – NOMV106, but does not meet energy star.  It fires at 3 ratings from: - 57,000 to 85,000 BTU with a ½ hp variable speed ECM motor. Unit is 48 ¾” high x 20” wide x 35” depth.
